Two files from the previous lessons: a one-page PRD (what and why, with an EXCLUDED list and a definition of done) and a CLAUDE.md of at most 30 lines. That's the whole setup. This lesson is about the session itself: how you run the agent so the result is a product, not a pile of plausible code.
The workflow below comes from Anthropic's own guide and from what their internal teams practice. We add the numbers from our own builds.
